I thought we were supposed to be in a recession. But in trying to hire a couple of qualified PHP engineers here in the Bay Area, it seems like it's a programmers market.

Between Twitter, Facebook in Palo Alto, and a slew of other VC funded start-ups here in the SF Bay Area trying to be the next Google, it's difficult for me to get an experienced software developer's attention.
