Silence is Golden ...
My apologies - but I need to cancel the conference call scheduled for tomorrow due to a number of conflicts - especially that we haven't got round to letting everyone know about the chat session. But instead of phoning in, how about spending the time calling your ten best customers and thanking them for their business? You may find that even more productive!
January Conference Call
Is 2008 looking like it will be a challenging year for you? It may be too early to predict but a lot of radio pundits are using the "R" word.
