I have found that the Commercial Real Estate Market being one of the most lucrative industries, that is under served with the respect to effective communication channels and technology tools that are specific to the Commercial Real Estate Industry. In addition, various markets I have found the MLS system to be a closed system that does not fit the Commercial World and does not offer or allow the opportunity to cross into other regions of the country to effectively conduct business.
