The idea behind a2z, Inc. and its flagship product a2zShow was born in 1995, when Rajiv Jain saw a unique opportunity to apply computer technology to the world of expositions. The technology Jain visualized would harness the real-time power of the internet to boost revenues, increase attendance, improve productivity, and reduce marketing and operating costs for show managers, exhibitors, and attendees.  In 1998, Jain, with his wife, Hima, and two other partners, founded a2z, Inc. The location of the company launch was quite an inauspicious location - on his apartment's balcony. Operating a home-based business designed to sell breakthrough computer technology to professional associations, for instance, was not an easy road. The four-person company eventually moved into a townhouse, and then became one of the first tenants of the NeoTech Incubator. Operated by the Howard County (MD)Economic Development Agency, the NeoTech Incubator lent a2z, Inc. the credibility associated with a professional business address. As product enhancements became stand-alone successes, clients began to flock to the easy, cost-effective solutions from a2z, Inc.  Today, a2z offers several reliable, affordable, and user-friendly software programs for event organizers to manage and market exhibitions and conferences online. Its fail-safe, easy-to-learn event management software requires minimal training or technical expertise and is used by over 500 expositions and organizations of virtually every size, scope and industry worldwide - including over four dozen of the Top 200 expositions in the United States. As a result of intelligent growth, a2z, Inc. celebrates 10 years of success in 2008!
