I have been very successful in recruiting young and vibrant Real Estate professionals within the Miami area by offering them Tuition reimbursement. They are required to get independently licensed by the state before they can be hired. Once they are hired, however, we encourage them to take additional classes, and earn prestigious designations. We reimburse them for half the cost of the classes, they get a larger commission the more expertise they hold, and we as a company are able to keep our standards high by only having the best, which is the reason why we get business in the first place. It works for everybody, and the employee retention rate is unbelievably high.
