Manchester Art Association Names Bill Baldwin Marketing Director

The Manchester Art Association named Bill Baldwin, owner of Compelling Marketing Communications, LLC, as their new Marketing Director.

Mr. Baldwin said “I gladly accept this responsibility because it’s another way for me to give back to the community that’s been so good to me over the years”.
