Katie Arnholt Kim statrted working with Horan Construction, Inc. when she was in high school during the summers, winter break, after school, and on the weekends. Katie returned to work for Horan Construction, Inc. in 2007. Katie's daily responsibilities include sales presentations and proposals, owner negotiations, coordinating scheduling assignments, and overseeing projects.

- Katie Arnholt Kim worked for Horan Construction, Inc. during winter and summer breaks, after school, and on the weekends while she was in high school. After graduation, she went to the University of Iowa and graduated with a BS in Computer Science. She worked for Accenture in their Innovation & Research division for 5 years in Chicago, IL. She moved to a smaller company called Endeca, where she did consultant work for them for a little over a year. Katie returned to Peoria, IL in 2007 to work for Horan Construction, Inc. Katie moved back to begin succession of the family business and maintain Horan Construction, Inc.'s woman owned business status and keep the family values and quality that Horan is known for today.
